We have a wonderful and exceedingly rare 1921 Avions Voisin C1. The factory only built about 1,000 C1’s of which only a handful remain.

The car has been fully restored in the past. The restoration was carried out to a high standard with a lot of attention to the car’s origins. The car has mainly stood still more recently as part of an Avions Voisin collection. The engine moves freely and is no doubtless in need of a major service.

The C1 has a 3,969 cc straight-six giving the large French limousine a top speed of just over 80 km/hr.

For its age, the bodywork is remarkably good shape. The car is even partly original with correct alignment. The C1 was given a blue finish at the time. The paintwork still looks good with only minor signs of the effect the years have had. The interior trim consists of black leather on the drivers and passengers seat with the typical Avions Voisin Art-Deco designed cloth upholstery in the back. It certainly creates an absolutely unique look. Just as special are the two little stool in front of the rear bench that doubles up as footstools for the rear passengers.

The dashboard is complete and in good shape, The car is full of fantastic detail no longer seen in modern cars. Just consider the copper grill surround or the two full-size spare wheels framing each side of the bonnet.

This very rare big French limousine will not need a lot to bring her back to her former glory! THIS VEHICLE IS IN OUR STORAGE, VIEWING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

How often do you come across an E-Type that is completely original? And we do not mean “nicely original” or “largely original.” No, what we have here is a genuine time capsule. Complete with its original factory hardtop. And that hardtop? It has never been removed. Take a look at the photographs and you will immediately understand what we mean. And yes, this E-Type runs and drives!

The Jaguar E-Type was unveiled to the public in 1961 and made an immediate sensation. Its long hood, low nose, covered headlights, and flowing lines instantly earned it worldwide acclaim. Even today, the design remains breathtaking. For many enthusiasts, the Series 1 represents the purest expression of the E-Type: elegant, technically advanced, and equipped with exactly the details that have made the model so beloved. Think of the glass-covered headlights, the small front grille, the classic taillights positioned above the bumpers, and the beautifully crafted interior filled with exquisite period details.

This 1963 example is powered by the highly desirable 3.8-liter inline-six engine. A powerplant with character, refinement, and a glorious soundtrack. In its day, the 3.8-liter E-Type was an extraordinarily fast automobile, delivering performance figures that still command respect today. Yet with this Jaguar, originality may be even more important than outright speed. Matching numbers, matching colors, and accompanied by a Jaguar Heritage Certificate, it offers exactly the kind of pedigree collectors hope to find.

The bodywork is honest and displays correct panel fitment. This is not an over-restored showpiece, but rather an E-Type that proudly preserves its history—and that is clearly visible throughout the car. The original documentation and owner’s manuals are still present.

And then there is that hardtop. It is almost unbelievable, but it has never been removed. That single fact makes the story and ownership experience of this E-Type truly unique.

Recently, this E-Type underwent a technical inspection, and the best news is this: it runs and drives. That is precisely what makes this car even more fascinating. An almost completely original Series 1 Roadster with its factory hardtop, not merely preserved for admiration, but fully capable of coming to life on the road. Experiencing this car in person is both breathtaking and exhilarating.

Jaguar was far ahead of its time with independent rear suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, and an aerodynamic body that remains one of the most beautiful automotive designs ever created. This Series 1 Roadster demonstrates exactly why.

In summary, this 1963 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 3.8 Roadster is an exceptionally original example featuring matching numbers, matching colors, a Jaguar Heritage Certificate, original factory documentation and manuals, and the original factory hardtop that has never been removed. A genuine time capsule, and a car that truly deserves to be experienced in person.

You are warmly invited to visit us in Brummen for a viewing. Do you live abroad? No problem at all; we sell our automobiles worldwide and can assist with every aspect of the export process. Since 1975, we have been a family-owned company with a deeply rooted passion for exceptional classic automobiles.

They are simply fun. These Toyota models are becoming increasingly desirable, and that comes as no surprise. This is not a restored example either, but a Toyota Land Cruiser BJ43 that has clearly spent its life in faithful service. And that is exactly what makes it interesting. Original, honest, and with a presence you simply cannot replicate.

Let’s start with the basics. This is a BJ43, meaning the mid-wheelbase version within the J40 series. Rarer than the short-wheelbase variant and therefore just that bit more usable, without losing any of its character. Finished in the factory color Rustic Green.

What immediately stands out is the condition of the bodywork. The well-known vulnerable areas of a BJ are remarkably solid here. No immediate concerns to address, but rather a strong foundation you can set off with right away. As one knowledgeable collector of this type once described it perfectly: this car has simply always been used as intended, and it shows.

Everything feels mechanical in the way it should. This Land Cruiser runs, drives, and functions exactly as you would expect from a vehicle like this. No frills, no unnecessary embellishments. Just get in, start it, and go. It is not without reason that people often say: a Land Cruiser just keeps going.

Underneath, everything is straightforward in design, built for use and deployed worldwide in conditions where few vehicles feel at home. This example runs and drives properly and is ready for its next adventure.

The Toyota Land Cruiser J40 series was introduced in 1960 and grew into one of the most recognizable off-road vehicles ever produced. The combination of a ladder frame, solid axles, and a purely functional design made it popular in every corner of the world.

And that is exactly what you see here. Not a perfect show car. Not a restored centerpiece. But an honest Land Cruiser that does exactly what it is meant to do—and has been doing so for decades.

Does this appeal to you? Then we invite you to come and see this BJ43 for yourself at Gallery Aaldering. We would be happy to assist you. Worldwide shipping is, of course, available.

This 1975 Toyota Land Cruiser is presented exactly as it was intended: compact, practical, and free from unnecessary additions. Delivered new in Switzerland and finished in Freeborn Red, a color that gives it just that little bit extra without altering its character.

This example remains in a highly original condition. It is the specific details that make the difference. The characteristic “L-shaped” door handles, for instance, are a detail that enthusiasts immediately recognize and appreciate.

Under the hood sits the well-known F155 engine. A power unit that Toyota produced for decades and that is renowned for its simplicity and reliability. No complicated engineering, just an engine that does exactly what it is meant to do.

This is, of course, a Toyota that is meant to be used. Originally deployed as a practical second vehicle for daily tasks, precisely what it was built for. And today, it still offers you that same opportunity.

The open character plays an important role in that. With the vinyl top removed, the experience changes completely. Direct connection with your surroundings, excellent visibility, and a driving experience that is simply no longer found in modern cars.

The J40 series itself was produced from 1960 to 1984 (and in some markets even longer). Its construction was straightforward yet well thought out: a ladder frame, solid axles, and a compact body. A concept that was used worldwide and proven in real-world conditions.

What you are looking at here, then, is a correct and original FJ40 that does exactly what it is supposed to do—and it is precisely that simplicity that makes it so special today.

Has this Toyota caught your interest? You are more than welcome to experience it for yourself. We would be happy to assist you. Worldwide transport is available.

Some cars don’t just appear in the history books, they live in them

And this 1955 Mercedes-Benz 220 S is exactly that kind of car. A true “Ponton,” a time capsule from the era in which Mercedes was reshaping the post-war automotive landscape. And the best part? This example remains in remarkably original condition. Authentic, complete, mechanically well cared for—and most importantly: running and driving. Yes, it has been used, not hidden away.

In 1953, Mercedes-Benz introduced an entirely new generation of models featuring what they called unitary construction—a unibody design with large box-section side frames. That construction gave these models their nickname: “Ponton.” It marked a modern, forward-looking step, paired with engineering Mercedes was already renowned for: fully independent suspension all around, and on this generation a newly developed rear axle. Remarkably advanced for its time.

The first inline-six Pontons, such as the 220a debuting in 1954, immediately proved that Mercedes was reinventing this segment. But the 220a’s production run was short. In 1956 the 220 S arrived—more powerful, more elegant, more refined. Exactly the model we are presenting here.

Under the long, graceful hood sits a 2,195 cc overhead-cam inline-six. In its early form it produced roughly 100 hp, later 106 hp. Modest on paper, but in practice wonderfully smooth, silky power delivery. The 220 S reached about 100 mph and did 0–60 mph in roughly 17 seconds. But truthfully, this car isn’t about numbers.

This car is about feel. And that feel is everywhere in this example:
– The bodywork remains delightfully authentic with beautiful original details
– Mechanically well maintained
– Complete, original, functional
– And fully drivable

Yes, it shows use. Yes, it bears signs of its life. But that is precisely what makes it so charming: you get to decide whether to restore it or simply enjoy it as it is. A “driving project,” as we like to say. The kind of classic that welcomes you rather than intimidates you. A car that doesn’t force you into a choice, but invites you to make one.

Want to see exactly what we mean? Browse the photos on our website and judge for yourself. Contact Gallery Aaldering today and discover this Mercedes-Benz in person. We export our vehicles worldwide—ask us about the possibilities.

Highly Original, One Owner, First Paint, Only 57,000 km

We are proud to present an exceptional and exceedingly rare example of the iconic 1963 Jaguar E-Type Series 1, configured as a 3.8 Litre Coupé. This is not merely an E-Type; this is the kind of car purists dream about—an example virtually unmatched in originality, provenance, and state of preservation.

This E-Type was delivered new in Lucerne, Switzerland, to its first and only owner—a true enthusiast who purchased it as the successor to his XK150 and then cared for it with extraordinary dedication for more than six decades. The result is a car that still retains its original paint and has covered only 57,000 kilometers since new. Its complete documentation is present and verifiable, from the original purchase invoice to the service booklets and the Swiss Abgaswartung records.

A look at the photos on our website confirms what words can barely convey: the condition is remarkably original. This Jaguar remains wonderfully well preserved, with countless untouched details. The exterior displays beautiful patina and has survived in an almost unheard-of state of originality. Inside, the cabin presents fantastic period-correct details—exactly what you expect from an unrestored car of this caliber.

The Jaguar E-Type Series 1 is widely regarded as one of the most beloved and celebrated sports cars ever built. Enzo Ferrari himself reportedly referred to it as “the most beautiful car ever made.” That statement becomes instantly clear when you stand before this example. The elegant, sweeping lines, the covered headlights, the low silhouette, and the perfectly proportioned bonnet together create a presence that remains both timeless and breathtaking.

Technically, the 3.8 is a masterpiece as well. Its straight-six—directly related to the multiple Le Mans–winning D-Type—delivers a silky-smooth character paired with extraordinary emotional depth. Inside, the aluminum center console, deep bucket seats, and classic toggle switches represent pure British sports-car tradition.

The fact that this example has survived in such deeply original, untouched condition makes it an unparalleled opportunity for the serious collector. This is not simply a car to purchase—it is a car to preserve, a benchmark in the history of the E-Type.

A truly outstanding opportunity for the purist seeking an example in unmolested, original condition. Interested? Contact Gallery Aaldering today. Active since 1975, we have decades of experience exporting our vehicles worldwide—please inquire about the possibilities.

Chevrolet Corvette C1 Convertible – 1954

The 1954 Chevrolet Corvette C1 Convertible is a true icon of the American automobile industry and one of the most desirable early Corvette models. This example is an early Corvette from the first real production year and combines the timeless appeal of the first generation with a driving experience that still delivers pure excitement.

Originally delivered in Nevada, the car underwent a full body-off restoration in the 1990s. It is attractively finished in Polo White with a red interior, a classic colour combination that perfectly highlights the Corvette’s sporting elegance. Although the paintwork can be described as neat, it shows light traces of age and use, adding to its authentic 1950s character.

The Corvette is equipped with the Powerglide transmission and is in a good running and working condition, making it a pleasurable and reliable car for relaxed drives as well as special events.

This 1954 model is a fine example from the beginning of a legendary series and offers both driving enjoyment and a piece of automotive history. A charming, well-driving and characterful car, ideal for anyone wishing to experience and appreciate the early years of the Corvette.

We have acquired a very nice 1982 Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider. It was supplied to the States when new and has had Dutch plates since 1992. In the past this car had already benefitted from a total revamp and is still a very attractive proposition.

The bodywork is very neat and looks great. The shut lines are correctly placed, the panelwork is nicely thin. The red paintwork has a few very light marks fully commiserate with car’s age. The neat hood closed tidily and is easy to operate. The car has its original steel rims with fine chrome hubcaps and good quality and correctly sized tyres.

The interior has recently been reupholstered with sumptuous fine blue leather. The leather is delightfully supple and well maintained. The well-fitting, high quality carpets are also new. The grand looking instrument cluster and controls all work as they should. This Spider also has the benefit of electric windows and a car radio.

The fuel-injected 2.0 litre engine and manual 5-speed transmission are both in great shape having been expertly maintained. The 2.0 litre engine is beautifully responsive to pressure from your right foot and sounds exactly as only an Alfa Romeo 4-cylinder Twin-Cam can. It is such fun to take to the tarmac with these cars. Who said that owning a special car should cost a fortune? Suspension and brakes too work perfectly well. The car handles and performs in light-footed fashion.

This is a stunning red 1982 Alfa Romeo 2000 Veloce Spider and is in all aspects in perfect condition.
